The labor dispute is a conflict arising from the relationship between the "employer" and "employee" that occurs in the enterprises. Disputes, if not resolved amicably, can easily cause disagreements and conflicts between the two parties, cause damages to one of two disputing parties.
Disputes in the labor relations include individual disputes between the employees and employer and collective disputes between the labor collectives and employer.
Individual disputes: Any rights and obligations during the working period can be disputed such as working conditions, place of work, salary, labor protection, training, qualification improvement…
Collective disputes: Including collective disputes of rights and collective disputes of interests. In particular, the collective dispute of rights is a dispute arising from the different interpretation and implementation of the labor law provisions, collective labor agreements, labor rules, regulations and other legal agreements; the collective dispute of interest is a dispute arising from the employees’ request to establish new working conditions compared to the the labor law provisions, collective labor agreement, internal labor regulations or other lawful regulations and agreements in the negotiation process.
