Assist the customers in preparing their request for application of other preventive measures to replace temporary detention or other requests corresponding to each specific case of each customer;
Advise and instruct the customers to collect the documents and evidences to prove their innocence or to reduce the criminal liability as specified by the laws.
Advise the customers to identify the type of crime that the suspects are being prosecuted for; to determine the criminal prosecution statute for crimes corresponding to the accused's name of crimes; predict the penalty frame that the suspect can be punished as specified by the laws.
